Melaleuca for Parties, Showers, Reunions
Remember these fun recipes next time you need to impress your guests:
Hors d’oeuvres
  • Crispy Fried Pickles
  1. 2 Cups Sliced Pickles (Dill or Garlic Works Best)
  2. 2 Eggs
  3. 1/3 Cup Flour
  4. 1 Box Simply Fit Cheese Crackers
  5. 1TSP White Pepper
  6. 1TSP Cayenne Pepper
  7. 1TSP Garlic Powder
  8. 1TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
Prepare baking sheet with 1 – 2 TBSP safflower or olive oil, turn broiler on high. Mix eggs, flour, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings together. In a separate bowl, crush Simply Fit Cheese Crackers until fine crumbs (food processor works well). Dunk each pickle slice into batter and then roll it in crumbs. Place coated pickle slice on oiled baking sheet and place pan on middle rack of oven. Broil on high for 3 – 4 minutes then flip over for an additional 2 – 3 minutes until crispy. Serve with Ranch or Bleu Cheese.
  • Jalapeno Popper Cheese Ball
  1. 2 Boxes Simply Fit Crackers (Either Flavor)
  2. 2 Packs softened cream cheese
  3. ½ Pepper Jack Cheese shredded
  4. ¼ Cup fresh sliced jalapeno peppers
  5. ½ Cup Parmesan cheese
  6. ½ Cup banana peppers
  7. ¼ Cup Chives (optional)
  8. ¼ Cup Peppercorns (optional)
In a food processor, crumb 1/3 box of Simply Fit Crackers; add sliced jalapeno peppers, banana peppers, chives, and peppercorns. Slowly add Parmesan cheese, Pepper Jack Cheese, and blend thoroughly. In large bowl, fold the blended mixture into the cream cheese until well mixed. Roll mixture into a ball and place on wax paper to refrigerate for 3-4 hours until firm. Serve with Simply Fit Crackers.


Finger Foods
  • Protein Granola Bars
  1. 3 Packets Simply Fit Oatmeal
  2. 3 Scoops ProFlex20 Protein Powder
  3. ½ Cup Organic Peanut Butter
  4. ¼ Cup Unforgettables Chocolate Bar Shavings
  5. ¼ Cup Nuts, Seeds, or Dried Fruit of Choice
  6. 3 TBSP Honey
  7. 1 TSP Vanilla (optional)
Blend all ingredients together in bowl until well blended. Spread on non-stick pan (use wax paper). Refrigerate overnight. Slice into small bars and enjoy.
  • Proteintillas
  1. 1/2 Stick Soft Butter
  2. 4 Scoops Vanilla Proflex20
  3. ¾ Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  4. ¾ Cup All-Purpose Flour
  5. ½ TSP Baking Powder
  6. ½ Cup Warm Water
In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients and work in soft butter. Kneed with hands until mixed. Slowly add water until dough is firm but not sticky. Add more flour or water as needed. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes and then separate into 10 individual balls. Roll out each ball into a paper-thin circle. Place rolled out dough into hot pan and cook until it bubbles. Flip tortilla and cook on other side until brown spots appear. Serve fresh with peanut butter, fruit, or cream cheese.
  • Orange Blueberry Muffins
  1. 2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
  2. 1/3 Cups Flaxseed
  3. 1/3 Cup FiberWise Powder (Orange)
  4. 3 TSP Baking Soda
  5. 1 TSP Baking Powder
  6. 3 Packets Simply Fit Oatmeal (Either Flavor)
  7. 1 ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  8. 2 Scoops Vanilla ProFlex20 in ½ Cup water
  9. 1 egg
  10. 1 Cup Safflower Oil
  11. 2 Cup Milk
  12. 2 Cup Fresh berries
Heat oven to 350° and line two muffin pans with greased paper liners. Mix flour, Simply Fit Oatmeal, baking powder, brown sugar, flaxseed, and baking soda together. Add egg, liquid Proflex20, and milk. Slowly fold in fruit until all ingredients are well mixed. Spoon into muffin cups half way, bake for 22 – 28 minutes. Serve warm with butter or jam.

  • Crumbling Cornbread
  1. 1 Can Corn
  2. 1 Box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
  3. 1 Scoop Vanilla ProFlex20
  4. 2 TBSP Agave Nectar
  5. 1/3 Cup Honey
  6. 1 TSP Baking Powder
  7. 1/3 Cup Milk
  8. ¼ Cup Flour (if needed to thicken)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x7 baking dish, pan, or use a muffin pan. In a blender, puree corn. While blender is on, add Jiffy Corn Bread Mix (or homemade mix if desired), Vanilla ProFlex20, milk, agave nectar and honey. Turn off blender and dip spoon in batter to check consistency. Batter should scoop easily but slowly drip off spoon when turned over. Thicken batter with flour as needed. Blend until smooth, adding baking powder. Pour batter into desired greased dish or pan until half way from top (use additional pans if needed). Bake at 350 for 28 – 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.















Snack Trays
  • Italian Cheese Spread
  1. 1 Box Simply Fit Crackers Cheese Flavor
  2. 2 Packs softened cream cheese
  3. ½ Cup Mozzarella shredded
  4. ½ Cup Parmesan cheese
  5. ½ Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
  6. ¼ Cup Pencetta
  7. ¼ Cup Peppercorns (optional)
In a food processer, crumb ½ box of Simply Fit Crackers. Add Sun Dried Tomatoes, Peppercorns, and Parmesan cheese. Slowly add shredded Mozzarella and blend thoroughly. Chop Pencetta in fine pieces and sauté in hot pan for 2 – 3 minutes until cooked. In large bowl, mix cream cheese, cooked Pencetta and blended ingredients together until well mixed. Serve soft with toast or Simply Fit Crackers.
  • Popping Popcorn with Flare
Pop 2 bags Simply Fit Popcorn, separate old maids, and pour in mixing bowl. Add about 1/3 Cup of one of these combos, microwave for 10 - 15 seconds on high, toss, and serve.

Desserts
  • Peanut Butter Fudge Bars
  1. 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  2. 1 Cup Agave Nectar
  3. 4 Scoops ProFlex20 (Either Flavor)
  4. 1 Can Condensed Milk
  5. 1 TSP Vanilla
  6. 1 Cup Organic Peanut Butter
Bring sugar, agave nectar, and condensed milk to a boil, stir until sugar is melted. Reduce heat and add vanilla, ProFlex20, and peanut butter. Pour onto wax paper and chill. Cut into pieces and serve.
  • Splash Ice Cream
  1. 1 Packet Splash H2O (Any Flavor)
  2. 4 Cups Heavy Cream (Whole milk can be substituted but will be different consistency)
  3. 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
In a saucepan, bring cream to a boil and slowly stir packet of Splash H2O until dissolved. Pour combination in ice-cream maker or glass bowl inside ice-salt mix pot. Turn on or hand turn handle on ice-cream maker, or use kitchen mixer in glass bowl until cream is frozen & thick. Freeze in freezer for 30 minutes and then serve.
  • Attain Ice Cream
  1. 4 Scoops Attain (Any Flavor)
  2. ½ Cup Chocolate Chips or Fruit
  3. 4 Cups Heavy Cream (Whole milk can be substituted but will be different consistency)
  4. 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
In a saucepan, bring cream to a boil and slowly stir scoops of Attain until dissolved. Add chocolate chips or fruit if desired. Pour combination in ice-cream maker or glass bowl inside ice-salt mix pot. Turn on or hand turn handle on ice-cream maker, or use kitchen mixer in glass bowl until cream is frozen & thick. Freeze in freezer for 30 minutes and then serve.
  • Lemon Ice
  1. 6 Oranges
  2. 1 Packet Lemonade Splash H2O
  3. ½ Cup Pureed Strawberries
  4. 2 ½ Cups Water
Bring water to a boil and slowly dissolve Splash H2O, add pureed strawberries and boil for a couple of minutes. Cool and pour into ice-cream maker or glass bowl inside an ice-salt mix pot. Stir until mixture is a frozen consistency. Cut oranges in halves. Scoop frozen mixture on orange halves and place in freezer for 30- 45 minutes. Serve frozen.

Drinks
  • Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate
  1. 5 Cups Whole Milk
  2. 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  3. 5 Scoops of Delectables Hot Chocolate
  4. 1TSP Cinnamon
  5. ½ TSP Pumpkin Spice
  6. 1/8 TSP Ground Ginger
  7. 1 Unforgettables Chocolate Bar shaved
Mix ingredients 1-6 in large saucepan and bring to boil. Serve with whip cream and Unforgettables Chocolate shavings.
  • Cinnamon Spiced Hot Chocolate
  1. 5 Cups Whole Milk
  2. 1TSP Cinnamon
  3. 5 Scoops of Delectables Hot Chocolate
  4. 1 Unforgettables Chocolate Bar shaved
Mix ingredients 1-3 in large saucepan and bring to boil. Pour in mug and serve with whip cream with sprinkled dash of nutmeg.
  • Coconut Hot Cocoa
  1. 4 Cups Whole Milk
  2. ½ Cup Coconut Milk
  3. 5 Scoops of Delectables Hot Chocolate
  4. 1 Unforgettables Chocolate Bar shaved
  5. 1TBSP Coconut Shavings
Mix ingredients 1-3 in large saucepan and bring to boil. Serve with whip cream and Unforgettables Chocolate shavings and coconut shavings.
  • Café Mocha
  1. 8oz of strong coffee or espresso
  2. 1 Scoop of Chocolate Attain GC Control
  3. 1TBSP Whole Milk
Stir Attain GC Control into hot cup of coffee. Add milk and enjoy. Mix it up by changing flavors as desired.




  • Frozen Hot Cocoa
  1. 1 Scoop Delectables Hot Chocolate
  2. ½ Cup 2% milk
  3. 2 TBSP chocolate syrup
  4. ½ Cup ice
Add ice and milk into blender. While blender is on high, add Delectables Hot Chocolate and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth.
  • Cinnamon Eggnog
  1. 1 Cup water
  2. ¼ Cup egg substitute
  3. 1/8 TSP Cinnamon
  4. 1 Scoop Vanilla Attain Crave Blocker
  5. ¼ TSP Nutmeg (optional)
Pour water, egg substitute, and cinnamon into blender. While blending, add Vanilla Attain. Blend until smooth. Add a dash of nutmeg as garnish if desired.

Summer Time Favorites
  • Summer Time Sparkling Lemonade
Make a pitcher of Splash H2O Lemonade with sparkling soda. Add fresh strawberries, mint leaves or lavender, and add ice.
  • Summer Time Arnold Palmer
Make a pitcher of Splash H2O regular lemonade flavor as directed. In a separate pitcher, brew G’Day Herbal Tea of choice (substitute organic black tea if desired). Pour about 6 oz lemonade over ice and add same amount of tea. Add more ice, garnish with lemon and mint if desired.
  • Summer Time Sparkling Berry Blitz
Freeze mixed berries in water in ice cube trays. Make a pitcher of Splash H2O (any desired flavor) with sparkling soda. Add berry-licious ice.
  • Raspberry Splash
Make a pitcher of Splash H2O Raspberry Lemonade, add fresh raspberries and chill. Place 1 scoop of raspberry sorbet in a glass, pour chilled Splash H2O over raspberry sorbet and serve.


Adult Beverages
  • Spinning Grasshopper
  1. ½ Oz Crème de Cacao
  2. ¾ Oz Crème de Menthe
  3. 3 Oz Vanilla Attain GC Control (mixed with water)
  4. ½ Bar Unforgettables Chocolate
Melt Unforgettables Chocolate Bar in double boiler or in microwave and drizzle into inside of martini glass. Mix alcohol and Attain GC Control and shake of ice, strain into martini glass. Garnish with Unforgettables Chocolate Bar shavings (optional).
  • Bailey’s Hot Chocolate
  1. 2 Cups Whole Milk
  2. 2 Scoops of Delectables Hot Chocolate
  3. 1TSP Cinnamon
  4. 2 Shots Bailey’s Irish Cream
  5. 1 Unforgettables Chocolate Bar shaved
Mix ingredients 1-3 in large saucepan and bring to boil. Let cool for a couple minutes and add Bailey’s Irish Cream. Garnish with Unforgettables Chocolate shavings if desired.
  • Sustain Sunset
  1. 1 Shot Melon, Watermelon, or Raspberry Schnapps
  2. 2 Shots Mandarin Pinnacle Vodka
  3. ¼ Cup Orange Sustain
Build over ice, stir, and serve.
  • Bailey’s Frozen Hot Cocoa
  1. 1 Scoop Delectables Hot Chocolate
  2. ½ Cup 2% milk
  3. 2 shots Bailey’s Irish Cream
  4. ½ Cup ice
Add ice and milk into blender. While blender is on high, add Delectables Hot Chocolate and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth.
